For the last 2 years, Jordy has done a wonderful job of managing our beautiful 2nd home in the heart of playa Pelada, Nosara - Costa Rica. Prior to working with Jordy, we had hired a large, well-known property management company in the area, but we switched to Jordy because he provides personal managerial care and doesn’t surprise us with hidden fees and charges. We are very happy with our decision to switch to Jordy as he takes a hands-on approach to property management, and is super communicative.
During Jordy’s tenure as our manager, he has overseen two construction projects; the building of a pool and then a small project consisting of steps and a retaining wall. He has also improved our landscaping and garden, and painted our roof so as to prevent leaks during the torrential rainy season. Prior to Jordy, we received a few poor reviews regarding client treatment, but since hiring him, all reviews have been excellent - a very important factor on any short term property listing. Jordy also goes above and beyond typical management responsibilities. He takes care of our motor vehicles while we are away, and when we have friends staying at our property, he goes above and beyond to make them feel welcome.
